Last updated: October 2, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Celyssa website and your purchase of products from Celyssa.
By accessing our website, placing an order or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. About Celyssa
Celyssa operates this online store and provides jewellery and related products to customers.
Our business contact details are:
Celyssa
20 Wharf Rd
London N1 7GR
United Kingdom
Email: support@celyssa.com
2. Use of Our Website
You may use the Celyssa website only for lawful purposes.
You must not:
- Use the website for fraudulent or unlawful activity
- Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website
- Introduce malicious software or harmful code
- Use the website in a way that infringes the rights of Celyssa or any third party
- Provide false or misleading information when placing an order
We reserve the right to restrict access to the website where reasonably necessary to protect our business, customers or systems.
3. Product Information
We aim to present product descriptions, materials, finishes, images, colours, dimensions and other product information as accurately as reasonably possible.
Because screen settings and photography may affect how colours appear, the appearance of a product on your device may differ slightly from the physical item.
Where a product is available in multiple finishes, sizes, colours, letters or other variants, the selected variant will form part of your order.
4. Product Availability
Products are offered subject to availability.
Although an item may appear available when an order is placed, availability may occasionally change before fulfilment is completed.
If we are unable to fulfil an item you ordered, we will contact you and provide an appropriate solution, which may include a refund for the unavailable item.
5. Prices
All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website or checkout.
The product price shown at checkout is the price payable for the item, subject to any valid discount or promotion applied before the order is completed.
Celyssa does not intend to impose unexpected mandatory taxes, customs duties or import fees after checkout.
Where mandatory taxes or import-related costs are covered by Celyssa under our fulfilment arrangements, those costs are not separately charged to the customer.
6. Promotions and Discounts
Celyssa may offer promotional discounts from time to time.
Our current multi-buy promotion may include:
- Buy 2, Save 10%
- Buy 3, Save 20%
Where applicable, the discount will be shown before the customer completes the purchase.
Promotions:
- May be subject to eligibility requirements
- May not be combinable with other offers unless stated otherwise
- May be changed or withdrawn for future orders
- Do not affect statutory consumer rights
Any promotion applicable to an order will be governed by the terms displayed at the time of purchase.
7. Orders
Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.
After an order is submitted, we may perform reasonable checks relating to:
- Payment
- Product availability
- Delivery information
- Suspected fraud or misuse
A contract for the purchase is formed when the order is accepted in accordance with our checkout and order confirmation process.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
- Payment cannot be authorised
- The product is unavailable
- The order contains an obvious pricing or technical error
- We reasonably suspect fraudulent activity
- Delivery cannot reasonably be completed to the supplied address
If we cancel a paid order, the applicable amount will be refunded.
8. Payment
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.
By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
Celyssa does not require customers to send payment details by email.
9. Shipping
Celyssa currently offers free standard shipping on all orders.
Orders are typically processed within:
1–3 working days
After dispatch, standard transit typically takes:
3–7 working days
The estimated total delivery time is therefore approximately:
4–10 working days from the date the order is placed.
Orders are fulfilled and dispatched through our UK-based supplier and fulfilment network.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Full shipping information is available in our Shipping Policy.
10. Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
If you identify an address error after placing an order, please contact support@celyssa.com as soon as possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to correct the information before dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfilment has begun.

Full instructions are provided in our Refund & Returns Policy.
12. UK Cancellation Rights
Nothing in these Terms limits rights provided under applicable UK consumer law.
For eligible online purchases, consumers generally have a statutory right to notify a trader of cancellation within 14 days after receiving the goods. They generally then have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Celyssa's 30-day commercial return policy is provided in addition to applicable statutory rights.
13. Faulty, Damaged or Misdescribed Products
If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact:
Applicable UK consumer rights remain unaffected by our commercial return policy.
UK consumer rules provide additional remedies for faulty or misdescribed goods, including the right in applicable circumstances to reject faulty goods within 30 days.
14. Refunds
Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method.
Celyssa generally processes approved refunds within 5 working days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Your bank, card provider or payment provider may require additional time to make the funds visible in your account.
15. Exchanges
Where available, customers may request an exchange by contacting:
Depending on the circumstances, we may ask the customer to return the original item and place a new order.
16. Personalised Products
Certain products may allow the customer to select personalised characteristics, such as letters or initials.
Where a product is made or adapted specifically to a customer's personalised request, statutory cancellation rights may be subject to lawful exceptions.
This does not remove rights relating to faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods.
17. Jewellery Care
Customers should follow the care guidance provided on product pages where applicable.
Product durability may vary according to:
- Frequency of wear
- Contact with chemicals
- Storage
- Exposure to moisture
- Individual use and care
Any product claim such as waterproof, tarnish-resistant or hypoallergenic applies only where that claim is specifically stated for the relevant product.
18. Product Packaging
Products may be supplied in Celyssa packaging.
Packaging style may occasionally vary where reasonably necessary, provided this does not materially affect the product purchased.
19. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the website content associated with Celyssa, including branding, logos, original text, graphics and website design elements, is owned by or licensed to Celyssa.
You may not reproduce or commercially exploit protected content without appropriate authorisation.

22. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
In particular, nothing in these Terms limits statutory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, Celyssa is not responsible for losses caused solely by events outside our reasonable control where we have taken reasonable steps to fulfil our obligations.

The version displayed on this page when an order is placed will generally apply to that order, subject to applicable law.
25. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United Kingdom, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
